The "Social Inclusion With Sport" project aimed to promote social integration through sport, especially in relation to marginalized groups. We have shown that sport promotes tolerance, solidarity and many other sporting and European values, such as: • development of interpersonal skills, as participants learned cooperation, communication and teamwork, which promotes social integration; • improved physical health, as regular participation in sports has shown that it can lead to improvements in the physical condition and overall health of participants; • an increase in self-confidence, as participants gained confidence in overcoming their own limitations; • community building, because through the project we contributed to the creation of stronger social bonds in local communities, which favors integration; • education about equality and diversity, as participation in the project led to greater awareness of problems related to discrimination and equality; • cooperation with local organizations, because thanks to the project the partners were able to establish cooperation with local sports clubs, schools and other organizations, which strengthens the community.
