▶Objectives
The main objective of the project was to increase the competitiveness of the social economy sector by developing, testing and making available for widespread use a competence model of social intrapreneurship. The specific objectives: 1. Critical insight and analysis of the European Competence Framework in terms of definition, valorisation, recognition and support of intrapersonal competences. 2. Development and dissemination of a conceptual model for the validation, training and strengthening of intrapreneurial competences in the social economy sector. . 3. To improve the intrapersonal methodological and substantive competences of workers in and around the social economy sector through training and knowledge transfer. 4. Supporting an intra-entrepreneurial ecosystem and culture in social economy entities fostering the development of intra-entrepreneurial attitudes, creativity and innovation in social economy organisations. 5. to increase the substantive potential of partners and the internationalisation of activities through joint project planning and implementation 6. development of international partnerships and networking through implemented project activities, exchange of experiences, working methods and approaches.
▶Activities
1. Project Management - a cross-cutting activity implemented throughout the project duration. 2. international project meetings : - 9-10.01.2024 - kick-off in Malaga (ES) -10-11.09.2024 - mid-term in Dublin (IE) - 25.03.2025 - online closure meeting 3 Intrapreneurship Methodology - four documents were developed (languages PL, ES, EN): - Monograph ‘Intra-entrepreneurship in the social economy sector’. - ‘Intra-entrepreneurial Code of Excellence’. - Social Entrepreneurship Facilitator Training Package - Social Intrapreneurship Training Package 4. Intrapreneurship Facilitator Training - four-day international training in Dublin (10-13.09.2024) for 12 people (4 PL+4 IE+4 ES). 5. Pilot Social Intrapersonal Entrepreneurship Training - four-day international training in Malaga (12-15.11.2024) for 12 people (4 PL+4 IE+4 ES). 6 Dissemination activities: - 6 dissemination workshops (2 in each partner country) for a total of 68 participants + 1 additional workshops implemented by EFORT for 8 participants - 6 coaching sessions (2 in each partner country) for a total of 36 participants - Publication of e-notes and information on Erasmus+ related platforms

The project has achieved all its objectives, delivering a set of planned outcomes.
