The implemented activities helped to overcome stereotypes about barriers in the education of people with disabilities, support people with fewer opportunities through activities to improve inclusion and diversity in the international aspect. Project activities allowed for the inclusion of new participants from less experienced schools in the program. We assumed broadening the horizons of participants, familiarizing them with the principles of organic gardening, ways of obtaining healthy food without causing side effects. Participation in the project on organic production methods increased the awareness of participants in terms of the possibilities of application in vocational education. The project made it possible to adapt school curricula to the requirements of modern vocational education and innovative vocational training, taking into account the topic of the functioning of the organic food chain with the use of production techniques and technologies that are characterized by care for ecosystems and measures against environmental contamination. The level of recruitment to schools was raised. The involvement of teachers in the creation of elements of school curricula, introducing innovative teaching methods, increased.

We encounter the problem of leaving people with disabilities on the margins of the world of work and dependence on society. Systemic barriers are limited opportunities for education and employment associated with the lack of an effective social security system. A barrier to professional activity is the inadequate vocational education system to the needs of the market and the disabled themselves, as well as the lack of programs adapted to the requirements of the labor market. The project prepared participants to perform their profession by acquiring appropriate knowledge and skills regarding the principles of ecology in horticulture. It responds to the need for people with disabilities to supplement their professional competences with language and social competences. The project activities addressed to participants indicated how to practically strengthen pro-ecological attitudes, change eating habits, diversify the menu with organic products and made them aware of why a healthy diet is important and where healthy products come from. The project is associated with the pursuit of ensuring high quality in vocational education, taking into account overcoming maladjustment and meeting the needs of the labor market.
