1. to increase interest among young people in sanitation education by making vocational education more attractive. 2. to organise and carry out preliminaries and competitions in PL and HU, in which the best participants will be selected who will be prepared for the WorldSkills competition in the sanitary and heating installations competition. 3. the participants will gain knowledge, skills in modern solutions used in sanitary installations. 4. exchange of good practice between countries in the organisation of competitions, training of competitors, establishment of international contacts by the competitors. 5. activation of educational staff to establish relations, exchange of national and international experiences, undertaking joint activities dedicated to young people. 6. activation of a specific group of women and men, 18-22 years old. The project will help to better prepare students for a changing labour market expecting knowledge of the latest technological solutions in the sanitary sector. All materials will be published on the Erasmus+ results platform, ready to be used by VET institutions to enhance the attractiveness and quality of their sanitation programme

We applied for this project with the aim to develop and support young people in building a professional career in the demanding labour market, showing that vocational education can be attractive, interesting, should not exclude anyone and that it is worth investing in one's education from the beginning. The project was a unique proposal focused mainly on the actual bottom-up activation of young people from VET institutions in PL and HU. Participation in each stage of the project (preliminaries, national competitions, international WorldSkills'24) means developing skills, gaining practical experience, extending and testing the knowledge and practical skills, through contact with modern technologies. The inclusion of active VET establishments in the project will allow them to improve the quality and attractiveness of the teaching of the plumbing profession through the use and exchange of good practices, the organisation of practical classes in Grohe GIVE training rooms with the use of modern pro-ecological solutions, digital training materials prepared in attractive forms and activates the staff to establish relationships, exchange national and international experiences, undertake joint activities dedicated to young people.
