The main objective of the project was for NFDK to develop methodologies and diagnostic tools for career counsellors who are involved in conducting counselling sessions for national and ethnic minorities(MNiE).As a result of the project activities, 2 diagnosis methodologies for career counsellors were developed: Methodology for the Development of Individual Career Plans for National and Ethnic Minorities(MOIPKMNE)and Methodology for the Implementation of Individual Career Plans for National and Ethnic Minorities (IPKMNE), in which people from national and ethnic minorities can develop their own educational and vocational career path, which in the educational part includes vocational training (choice of career path). Both methodologies include guidelines for the development of 2 creative diagnostic tools for career counsellors in a pdf-online version: the Test of Career Interests and Predispositions for National and Ethnic Minorities(TZPZMNE)and the Questionnaire for the Recognition of Vocational Competences for National and Ethnic Minorities. These tools will help national minorities in the labour market and, through the results of the project and their use by guidance counsellors, will help them to become more active at the market

Exchange of good practices : 2 study visits and 2 online trainings were carried out to exchange good practices in the training of career counsellors and the development of diagnostic tools, experiences and mutual knowledge were exchanged. Development of methodologies and diagnostic tools for career counsellors: 2 diagnostic methodologies for career counsellors and 2 diagnostic tools were developed and implemented in counselling work. These tools were designed to facilitate the diagnosis process and support counsellors in their work with clients. Dissemination of the project: An international seminar was organised in Kraków to promote and exchange good practice in the training of guidance counsellors. The seminar was a platform for the exchange of experience between the participants and an opportunity to present the results of the project. Project management : Kick-off stage - included the preparation and planning of the project activities, setting the schedule and tasks for the partners. Key Activity Stage - the implementation of the main project activities, such as the development of the methodology, the conduct of study visits and training sessions, and the organisation of the seminar. Closing stage and financial settlement

The project leader and partners exchanged the above-mentioned methodologies and the above-mentioned diagnostic tools in the course of other activities carried out for national and ethnic minorities. This process was continuous and dynamic and continued even after the end of the project. The experts and career counsellors implementing the project disseminated the project results in counselling organisations, including universities, institutions, labour offices and other labour market institutions where they worked. They also implemented the results of the project in other activities and projects they were implementing or that were planned for the future. They provided an important management tool to assess the results achieved and the expectations of potential recipients. This also enabled the effectiveness of the results achieved to be verified and possible improvements to be made. All promotion and dissemination activities took into account the role, impact and relevance of the Erasmus+ programme for the development of the VET sector. The partners particularly emphasised this issue during all project activities, especially dissemination.
