▶Objectives
The project aimed to create a training model for professionals working with former prisoners, combining Rollnick and Miller’s Motivational Interviewing with coaching techniques. Its goal was to strengthen professional competencies and improve the effectiveness of work with marginalized individuals, particularly those leaving correctional facilities. The model includes a comprehensive training program and materials, available both in person and online. Research conducted in three partner countries helped identify the key needs of professionals in verbal and non-verbal communication. As part of the project, six trainers-multipliers per country (18 person) were prepared to train further specialists working with former inmates. Additionally, during the testing phase in the partner countries, 45 specialists participated in training based on the developed model.
