The main objective of the project is to develop a 'Model for developing and certifying adult social competences' targeting adults from disadvantaged groups, i.e. people with disabilities, those living in peripheral areas and those with a low level of education. The model will involve the use of 'non-direct' learning to develop social competences. It will also include the diagnosis of social skills, their validation, as well as the principles of microcertification.
