The main objective of the project was to shape and strengthen the key competences required on the labor market, with particular emphasis on entrepreneurship and the ability to plan one's own career path. We wanted to prepare students to consciously manage their development, better understand the conditions of the labor market, and respond flexibly to its changes. The specific objectives mainly concerned students and included: acquiring career planning skills, developing language and digital competences, familiarizing themselves with an international environment, building relationships with peers while respecting cultural differences, developing teamwork, data analysis, and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the practical use of ICT tools and the creation of business models using the CANVAS method. In the case of teachers, our goal was to fulfill the core curriculum in an interesting way, learn about innovative teaching tools, improve student motivation, exchange experiences with foreign partners, and develop the language skills of the staff. Through the project, we wanted to achieve both tangible results (including 25 lesson plans, an educational platform, and thematic presentations) and intangible results.

As part of the project, we carried out five short-term teacher training exchanges (LTTA), each lasting five working days. At least 5 students and 2 teachers from each partner school participated in the exchanges. During these meetings, students improved their key competences, and teachers developed innovative methods of teaching entrepreneurship. Each exchange had a separate theme, corresponding to the identified educational needs. The first concerned soft skills in personal development, the second – personal finance, the third – career path planning, the fourth – innovative teaching methods in the field of entrepreneurship based on gamification, and the fifth – setting up your own business. During the mobility, workshops, simulations, data analysis exercises, case studies, gamification elements, and team tasks were carried out. Students developed their language, digital, social, and entrepreneurial skills, while teachers improved their teaching skills by learning new tools and working methods. All activities promoted the integration of participants, the exchange of experiences between partner schools, the building of international relations, and the creation of all the lasting results of the project.

The project yielded both tangible and intangible results. Sixty lesson plans and 40 presentations on entrepreneurship based on innovative teaching methods were created. A Moodle platform was also created for students and teachers with materials supporting the development of soft skills and career path planning, and the project was also implemented on the eTwinning platform, which enabled the exchange of experiences and good practices between schools and online cooperation with partners from other countries. The project contributed to the significant development of students – 90% of participants acquired or improved key competences, including entrepreneurship, teamwork, language and digital skills. Teachers participated in the exchange of experiences, training and good practices, learning new tools and methods of conducting classes that will be used in their teaching work. Intangible results also included an increase in student motivation and self-confidence, better preparation for the labor market, and the strengthening of international cooperation between schools, the development of intercultural competences, and a positive image of the institution as active in European projects.
