Green-On project aim is twofold: - to help organizations to re-discover and identify the available resources/possibilities that they can turn into eco-innovation - to change the mindset and improve the company culture with skills development (e.g. green innovation thinking, motivation and change-management enhanced eco-psychology), and transfer practical/theoretical knowledge through a complex training package for organizations (Handbook, online Self-Assessment Tool and Gamified training tools)
▶Impact
The main result of Green-On project is an innovative training package with 3 independent, but connecting parts: 1. „Green-On Management Handbook” 2. „Green Self-Assessment Tool” 3. „SUS-TrAIN Out of the Box Duo” (comprising an analog game for eco-training and a novel eco-coaching method). Besides, we ensure the successful project realization through Quality/Management/Dissemination-exploitation plans, events, communication materials, an aggregator learning website, and social media site(s).
