▶Objectives
The aim of the project is to develop and implement an extracurricular training program for better adaptation in economic life. The program will be designed to supplement knowledge and skills in order to increase attractiveness from the point of view of the labor market, so it will be most useful for people with little or no work experience.
▶Impact
The project envisages the development of an educational program for better adaptation in economic life (as an employee or micro-entrepreneur), through the development of knowledge and skills relevant to the modern labor market. The program will be developed based on research carried out in the first phase of the project. It will identify key competencies and deficits among workers with little work experience as defined by employers and managers participating in the survey.
