Objectives

By implementing the project, we aim to: Develop a unique training program to foster persistence among young people 13-17 years of age. It will use an innovative approach to stimulating youth learning through digital stop motion animation. This will give additional benefit to young people, who will simultaneously develop both skills - persistence and digital skills. Develop a dual-layered training program for youth workers on how to implement the KEEPER training.

Activities

The main activities we will implement are: Prepare a booklet with the existing good practices for persistence building at the EU level. Develop and test the training program for young people aged 13-17 for persistence development through the stop-motion animation approach Develop a program for youth workers on how to train youth in persistence and digital skills Implement the training in youth centres in partners' countries Digitalize the two training programs to make them available online

Impact

The main project results are: A ready-to-use booklet for youth workers gathering the existing good practices for persistence training at the EU level Available Youth training content for persistence building Training program for youth workers on how to develop persistence and digital skills among teenagers Youth training content and Training program for youth workers are digitalized and made accessible to a more significant number of recipients and stakeholders.
