Our Erasmus+ KA220 "TAKES3 - Tools for Advanced Keys to Employability, Entrepreneurship and Education Skill-making" aims at creating a set of digital, frontal and hybrid tools and educational activities aiming at the support of entrepreneurial models of young people with fewer opportunities and minorities, refugees, youth in diaspora with a look on sustainability and digitalisation/hybridisation of the models.

The activities that we will implement comprehend a set of 6 Working Packages: - Project Management for 20 months. - Local consultations and capacity building with youth workers and local cross-sectoral stakeholders. - An output that builds on 50 Business Models. - A 7 working days LTTA in Poland that specialises on business model making through the European EntreComp. - Multiplier event + Job Shadowing in each country. - 5 Transnational Meetings (online/frontal), 1 per each partner.

"TAKES3" results include: - 50 Business Models - a set of Podcasts connected with the Business Models - consultations and local engagement - direct experience at LTTA, Job Shadowings and Multiplier Events - exchange of best practices and interaction with entrepreneurs - publications Results will be open source and ISBN registered. Youth workers and stakeholders will be jointly creating a response to the post- pandemic and youth diasporas and NEETs lacking employability and enterprising chances.
