▶Objectives
The main objective of the presented project is to analyze the factors related to environmental abuses and find solutions to minimize them, developing eco-sustainable community participation, promoting awareness of the issue, encouraging the exchange of ideas and experiences, and sharing knowledge among youth, elders, and environmental leaders.
▶Activities
The aim is to create an intergenerational group of citizens who become environmental ambassadors, receiving training on topics such as waste management, sustainable agriculture, the role of technology in combating climate change, among other topics, so that, supported by a professional team and a powerful digital tool (toolkit) developed specifically for them, they can able to map their ideas and design projects to implement in their local communities.
▶Impact
It's expected that the ambassadors will be able to replicate the training they received through dissemination activities, local campaigns, environmental education actions at schools and senior academies and other activities linked to environmental causes with other agents and organizations in their local communities.We also intend to create a toolkit open to all those interested in the environmental cause. Finally, we want to build a Local Environmental Impact Program to be developed by refugees
