▶Objectives
The HWBS2all project is embodied in the development of a web platform that will enable the following: - validation of the levels of happiness and well-being in VET teachers and students; - provision of digital resources, lessons, strategies and differentiating resources to enhance and increase the levels of happiness and well-being of teachers and students; - possibility to measure the impact of using the tools and make them available by creating the 'Happy School' index.

WP 1. Characterisation and analysis of existing knowledge and resources on Happiness and Well-being in school contexts. WP 2 - Assessment level/degree of happiness and well-being (students, teachers). WP 3 - Development of Guide and Tool Kit for Happy Schools. WP 4 - Development of the digital platform, which will integrate the activities/instruments to be developed and used in a school and digital context WP 5 - Dissemination
▶Impact
The project's final result will be the availability of a web platform to validate happiness development and well-being among teachers and students. The access will be free, and ISLA-IPGT will assure maintenance and availability. The potential for the use of the tool is tremendous; the impact on the school community will contribute to improving the organizational culture of schools and increase the level of retention of students and teachers.
