The project aims to improve community building by developing reading and interpretation skills using digital strategies and considering factors that shape readers' experiences. It promotes diversity to better understand one's identity and others'. Collections based on community needs will be created, and digital spaces for hosting community readers will be delivered. We seek to encourage digital transformation, multilingualism, and cross-cultural interaction while fostering non-formal learning.
