▶Objectives
The project we are going to develop 'Green Actions for a New Sustainable and Inclusive European Citizenship' is an experimental teaching and learning methodology leading to a change in practices, behaviour and lifestyles in order to reduce the Ecological Footprint and have a greater inclusive and environmental awareness among our school communities. Multiple, inclusive, experimental and pedagogical activities will be carried out in the open air, in the different green places created by schools.
▶Activities
In order to achieve our aims, the activities were organized in three different WP(1. Eco Green and Inclusive Citizenship)actions to reduce the human footprint and implement 5R's Policy and be more aware to the environment by creating Green Spaces; (2. Diversity on Environment and Culture - ecosystems to preserve) - a set of different activities to potentialize forests resources;(3. Mediterranean Sustainability) closing the circle towards sustainability and actions in the circular economy
▶Impact
The first main result is the develop a new concept of Sustainability and inclusion developing in students' awareness of Climate Change, Tolerance, Sustainable Development and Critical Thinking. Transform green school gardens into labs of experiences enlarging Steam skills and new opportunities for the future. The creation of the Pedagogical Referential Guide about Sustainability and Inclusion intends to be a useful framework to be implemented in other contexts. Develop greener daily actions.
