F3 - Fitter Minds, Fitter VET, Fitter Jobs

The aim of F3 - Fitter Minds, Fitter VET, Fitter Jobs project is to enhance the inclusivity and accessibility of learning for individuals with mental health issues. We will achieve this by strengthening the policies and practices of schools and teachers, with a focus on promoting inclusive participation for all learners, regardless of their background or circumstances

In the first phase of our project, we will conduct a survey activity to assess the state-of-the-art regarding Mental Health and Wellbeing in the six countries involved. Additionally, all partners will develop an Early Warning Tool, Action Planning Guidelines to develop mentally healthy L&T environment, Blended Courses, and a Community of Practice. These activities will enable us to achieve our project objectives while also fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among project participants.

Our project aims to have several outcomes, such as the integration of mental health issues as part of inclusive education; the development of products suitable for all European VET providers; the reduction of stigma in schools through the implementation of a whole-school approach; the decrease of early school leaving among students and the promotion of successful integration into the labor market, providing learners with the right skills and resources they need to succeed in their careers.
