Objectives

The project was created on the basis of the results of PRO(F)LITERACY (2020-1-PT02-KA205-006692), namely the manual ‘PRO(F)LITERACY - Intervention Methodology for Financial Literacy’, aimed at youth workers. The project's objectives were successfully achieved: The PRO(F)LITERACY programme was revised and updated, adapting it to the current challenges facing young Europeans and to new social and geographical contexts. The dissemination and exploitation of the PRO(F)LITERACY 2.0 programme was achieved with the training of youth workers, which resulted in a significant increase in the financial literacy of young people. The creation of sustainable international networks in the field of financial literacy was established, contributing to the continuous improvement of intervention practices. The implementation of the project enabled the training of youth workers and young people, promoting active citizenship and social inclusion. Young people have acquired key competences in entrepreneurship, financial literacy and entrepreneurial attitudes, which contributes to preventing and combating social exclusion, promoting a more inclusive and resilient society.
