Objectives

Young Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (YIWASD) have the ability and desire to work, therefore more efforts are required to enable them to have access to a barrier-free and inclusive labour market. ASD-INtoJOB aims at dismantling those barriers by: -Make the employment cycle more accessible; -Equip youth workers with specific training for better support YIWASD; -Support companies to undertake measures and strategies to overcome barriers at the workplace.

Activities

ASD-INtoJOB activities: -Desk and field research (35youth workers (YW);50 employers/HR managers,100Stakehold) -Design of Employability toolkit for YIWASD and Training toolkit for YW in EN,PT,RO,IT,DE,EL -Piloting (10Partner staff,25 YIWASD,50YW) -Development of Guidelines for employers and HR managers -Development of INtoJOB learning App in EN,PT,RO,IT,DE,EL -Testing and validation (10Partner staff,25YIWASD,25YW) -Outreach/dissemination activities (165YIWASD/YW/professionals+1000 indirectly)
