▶Objectives
The main aim of the project was to increase health literacy and empower women involved with Criminal Justice System through gender-specific health education addressing the prevention of chronic and transmissible diseases in detention and after release using innovative methods starting from the need for gender-specific health education in the context of justice, a goal that we achieved by reaching the proposed objectives: O1 Identifying the health literacy needs of women in conflict with the law for the partner countries - "Findings from the survey on health literacy, STD knowledge and preventive behavior with women with Criminal Legal System Involvement (CLSI) from Romania, Greece, and Türkiye"O2 Development of educational materials according to identified needs, innovation and upscaling of health education program to use by each partner country- Empowerment through knowledge- program and methodology pdf and on App together 12 videos O3 Support for specialists working with women offenders involved in health literacy activities from each partner - one session of specific training, masterclass, new program O4 Logistical endowment for quality assurance and upgrading of women's health literacy program.- 5 tablets for each partner
