Objectives

Following up the project objectives, the partners have aimed to: - improve the digital perspective of EU Navy HEI, offering a virtual integrated platform and modern digital courses for students, developing 12 selected courses, by valuing the modern technologies and innovative, digital tools; - enhance and harmonize the STEM and HASS competencies for MHEI graduates implementing 8 engineering harmonized courses, and 4 social courses in the framework of the International Naval Semester; - promote the inclusion and diversity, by introducing a course of gender management and diversity leadership course; - stimulate of STEM innovative education in EU Navy, using the modern technologies and innovative tools for improving the graduates’ competencies; - stimulate the exchanges of students and teachers among the partners, and also among other beneficiaries in the EMILYO network, based on common harmonized curriculum, to improve the Erasmus+ implementation and the European Universities strategy implementation; - promote the environmental protection, by using the paperless education and also the Erasmus without paper strategy (EWP), within an enriched virtual educational space and using the digital resources.
