HEAL project aims to develop a comprehensive training program and guidelines for trauma-informed teaching and communication to support the needs of students who have experienced trauma in higher education. By improving the inclusivity and effectiveness of HED, identifying gaps in support services, and integrating trauma-informed practices, the project seeks to improve the academic performance, mental health, and well-being of all students, particularly those who have experience trauma.
