The four partner schools from Romania, Croatia, Greece and Cyprus have established this partnership, Digital Powered Teaching (DPT), and set project priorities in order to improve their digital readiness, capacity, resilience and support teachers by implementing the following project objectives: O1. Consolidating the digital transformation and enriching the educational school offer of 4 European schools by creating and developing innovative digital didactic materials based on cross-curricular approaches, in a period of 2 years. O2. Increasing the professional training of 32 teachers from 4 European schools in the field of digital transformation by using digital applications and creating new open digital educational resources for teaching subjects through a transdisciplinary approach, over a period of 2 years. O3. Enhance the transversal key competences of 72 students (age 13-15 years old) from 4 European schools through using digital applications and creating learning materials, in a period of 2 years.

The project activities were implemented through five work packages.WP1 covered project management: signing bilateral agreements, creating the Steering and Financial Committees, selecting project teams for students and teachers and developing implementation, communication, dissemination and monitoring plans. WP2 included four short-term student exchanges (Croatia,Cyprus,Greece,Romania), where 72 students participated in thematic workshops on sustainability, health education and languages, humanities and science, using various digital applications to enhance digital and communication skills. WP3 focused on collaborative creation and visibility: an online logo competition (111 logos created), continuous updates of the project platform and eTwinning page and four virtual workshops for 100 students after each mobility. WP4 targeted teacher training: one short-term training event in Cyprus and five virtual workshops on digital tools and applications and using project platforms.WP5 covered dissemination -two international online conferences,local/regional dissemination meetings,4 newsletters, articles, interviews and a social media campaign to promote project results and ensure long-term impact.materials created by teachers and students.

The Digital Powered Teaching project produced a series of tangible digital and educational outputs that supported the achievement of its objectives and contributed to digital transformation in partner schools. A functional online project platform (design by HR team) and an interactive eTwinning page (managed by Greek team) were created and continuously updated with students’ and teachers’ digital materials.Four innovative sets of cross-curricular digital teaching resources have been developed and integrated into classroom practice,grouped into the Digital Collection of Open Educational Resources (OER). An international teacher training event and five virtual workshops improved digital skills in more than 32 teachers, while four short-term student exchanges and four virtual workshops promoted digital collaboration and creativity among more than 72 students.The logo competition engaged over 100 students from partner schools. Two international online conferences, four newsletters, media posts,interviews and dissemination meetings promoted the project results to wider audiences. Management and monitoring tools, implementation, communication, and dissemination plans, ensured effective coordination and sustainability of all activities.
