S.O.1: Equip marginalized groups (LTUA, NEETs, migrants, refugees) with essential Digital Competences (DigiComp) to bridge the digital divide and enable active participation in the digital society. S.O.2: Develop innovative, learner-centered methodologies and tools, documented in a Working Book, to support adult education providers in delivering effective, experience based digital citizenship education. S.O.3: Strengthen collaboration among adult education providers, CSOs, and municipalities by fostering knowledge exchange and building long-term partnerships among diverse actors in the local communities. S.O.4: Enhance the professional capacities of the consortium and its staff through conduction of local research with the community, case studies exploration, production of national indexes and opportunity to improve their professional skillset in education and methodology development on the topic of digital competences and digital citizenship.
