▶Objectives
By implementing the ELITE – EcoLogically Informed Teens of Europe! project, we aimed to: 1. Increase environmental awareness among European youth We wanted students to better understand key ecological issues such as climate change, sustainability, biodiversity, and their role in creating a greener future. 2. Strengthen cross-cultural cooperation and active European citizenship Through collaboration between partner schools, we aimed to foster a sense of shared responsibility and unity across borders, empowering students to work together for common environmental goals. 3. Enrich teaching practices with innovative, interdisciplinary materials We intended to support teachers in integrating environmental themes across subjects by co-developing and testing engaging, hands-on lesson plans and activities. 4. Empower students as changemakers By involving them directly in research, campaigns, and project-based learning, we wanted to help students develop leadership skills, critical thinking, and a belief that their actions matter. 5. Create sustainable and shareable outputs We aimed to produce high-quality, digital tools such as e-magasin,greenhabits guide,GreenTracker, resources that could continue to be used by educators and students
