▶Objectives
By implementing the project, the primary objective is to drive an organisational transformation within adult education centers towards fostering inclusion and diversity. This transformation aims to enhance recruitment, retention, and upskilling processes, thereby empowering individuals and contributing to a peaceful, democratic, and prosperous Europe. The project sets specific objectives: Support demographic understanding and strategic change: Develop a Digital Benchmarking Tool enabling decision-makers to evaluate practices, learn from best practices, and create personalized action plans for their organisations. Enhance outreach quality and effectiveness: Co-create a multimedia Outreach Toolkit to improve intercultural marketing skills and innovative outreach strategies, enabling better engagement with socially disadvantaged adults. Build proactive inclusion capacity: Deliver an online course to upskill staff members across various roles, fostering organizational culture change and inclusive practices. Expand project impact across Europe: Promote resources through a multichannel marketing campaign, targeting adult education organisations for broader adoption and application of inclusionary practices.
▶Activities
The "Learning for All" project implemented a range of structured activities across five work packages (WPs): Project Management (WP1): Included daily communications, task tracking, and effective meetings to ensure smooth coordination among partners. Participatory Evaluation (WP2): Activities involved developing a digital benchmarking tool using participatory research and co-creation with stakeholders. This tool aimed to evaluate and improve inclusion practices in adult education organisations. Community Outreach (WP3): Focused on creating a multimedia Outreach Toolkit to enhance engagement with socially disadvantaged adults. Activities included research, developing outreach strategies, and producing resources such as case studies. Capacity Building (WP4): Developed an online course and inclusive teaching and learning platform. The platform included interactive content, peer-to-peer networks, and technical guidance, with a focus on building knowledge around innovative and inclusive education services. Sharing and Sustainability (WP5): Ensured the dissemination and long-term use of project results. Activities ranged from developing a sharing strategy and branding materials to launching a project website and publishing resources.
