PVExperts tackles the issue of continuous market demands for skills in the solar sector by providing innovative educational methods to VET educators for introducing PV, PVT and ST fundamentals to VET students. We aim to increase VET students’ labor market employability and stimulate their entrepreneurial mindsets and behaviors. Open Living Labs, learning from the experts, collaborative learning, gamification, and experimentation constitute the fundamental methodological pillars of the project.
