We wanted the project to empower teachers with the knowledge and skills to create a kind and inclusive school community, promote a sense of belonging and cooperation among pupils, reduce bullying and negative behaviour, and develop a school identity that promotes positivity, kindness, and acceptance. We also wanted to develop a training methodology and a long-lasting interactive handbook for teachers to lean on beyond the project, that being based on Gestalt theory, which includes sessions on understanding the importance of belonging and cooperation, creating a positive classroom environment, and addressing bullying and deviant behaviour through attractive and engaging activities. By empowering teachers with the necessary skills and knowledge, the project aimed to create a lasting positive impact on primary school pupils' academic and social success.
