▶Objectives
We will: -ensure inclusiveness of study practice services by building capacities of career counsellors and developing new services. -improve the quality of study practices by building the competences and skills of coordinators and mentors. -stimulate innovative pedagogies in HEIs by implementing MILEAGE study practices and forming a supportive environment for student practices. -advocate for civic engagement through the recognition of community work in students’ academic results.

Foreseen activities in MILEAGE are: -Development of advisory service for HE study practices -Building the capacities of career counsellors -Development of online study practice application -Designing and developing training for study practice coordinators and mentors -Development of supporting documents and tools for capacity building -Onboarding communication campaign -Piloting of MILEAGE study practice model -Organising international conference -MILEAGE advocacy campaign
▶Impact
We will produce: 1 international 2-day online training and 3 national seminars for career counsellors; Online APP MILEAGE 3 national 2-day blended trainings for HEI coordinators and NGO mentors Digital support-box; 3 national communication campaigns; 60 MILEAGE study practices (45 students with fewer opportunities); 1 international conference;; 1 research article; 1 report ; 1 publication.
