By implementing the supported project, we wanted to create a safe and inclusive environment for the participants of the project activities, who during 8 months could develop in the field of acquiring movement skills aimed at promoting health (the focus of the project - Mental health and well-being). At the same time, as a start-up organization in the field of adult education, we created and researched tools for the creation of a functional educational platform in the field of motor literacy for the adult population aged 25 to 55. We investigated the real impact of a regularly ongoing activity focused on dance outside of its artistic form. As part of the symposia, we presented experts who deal with the topic of mental health in other contexts (therapists/psychiatrists). We achieved an intersection between theory and practice, which laid the foundation for the further development of the skills of our participants, with a spillover into everyday life outside the project framework of activities.
