This project will develop the concept of green guidance and explore its practical implications by pooling knowledge and experience from across a range of countries. It will provide career guidance practitioners and VET staff with an approach that they can use to develop their learners and clients’ capacity to understand and respond to climate change in their education and employment choices. It will support practice in green guidance with a handbook, audit tool and resources.

- A green guidance handbook that defines green guidance and sets out an approach for delivering it - A resource pack with practical tools for the delivery of green guidance - A sustainability audit tool for career guidance for practitioners/providers and VET organisations to audit their existing practice and identify ways in which green guidance could be integrated. - An impact report - summarising the experience and recommendations for the implementation of green guidance into practice
