Objectives

-To enhance the digital competencies of vocational education teachers and trainers, in order to improve the quality of workplace-based vocational education and training. -To develop and implement innovative teaching methods that integrate digital technologies, in order to enhance learning outcomes and engage learners. -To establish a network of stakeholders in vocational education and training, including educators, trainers, and employers, to share best practices and promote collaboration. -To improve the quality standards of vocational education and training, by aligning with European quality frameworks and integrating digital competencies into the curricula.

Activities

Activity 1: Training Needs Analysis (Italy, 23–27 September 2024) Led by Istituto Istruzione Superiore “E. Majorana – A. Cascino”, this activity brought together 12 educators (4 from each partner country). Activity 2: Best Practice Sharing (Portugal, 7–11 April 2025) Hosted by Previform, this five-day meeting focused on identifying, sharing, and adapting effective strategies for digital integration and quality improvement. Activity 3: Training Workshops (Türkiye, 26–30 May 2025) Organised by Akçakoca Mesleki Eğitim Merkezi, this final transnational training event transformed the insights from Activities 1 and 2 into concrete, hands-on skills for participants: Throughout the project, we maintained momentum through online meetings.

Impact

-Improved digital competencies of vocational education teachers and trainers, resulting in more effective teaching practices and increased engagement and motivation of learners. -Development and implementation of innovative teaching methods that integrate digital technologies, resulting in improved learning outcomes and enhanced competitiveness of vocational education and training. -Establishment of a network of stakeholders in vocational education and training, resulting in increased collaboration and sharing of best practices across Europe. -Improved quality standards of vocational education and training, resulting in better alignment with European quality frameworks and increased recognition of vocational education and training as a valuable and viable career pathway.
