Dental treatment of children requires successful management of anxiety, pain and caries in order to have a cooperative child with positive dental treatment experience. The PaFein (Pain-free dental injection techniques) Teaching Model, with its proven effectiveness (Kuscu et al. 2022), will be improved further by project partners to compose a holistic PaFein+ curriculum with the mentioned topics. It is aimed to educate more competent dentists for pain-free dental treatments of children.
