▶Objectives
With our High-Speed TrainING project; A new generation training design, supported by digital training materials, will be presented for the profession of Rail System Vehicle Maintenance, whose certification system. A training module will be added to the mobile application to be developed. The pilot training process will be operated and candidates certified will be included in the foreign internship program. 5 candidates who complete the internship program will be employed in the sector.
▶Impact
Our project; Complementing the MAPDaR project, will be a continuation of the DigiRail VET project. A perfect training program and employment process will be prepared for the profession of rail vehicle maintenance, for which a certification system with transnational validity has been established. The quality of the candidates' competencies will be increased and documented in a way that will contribute to international employment. The sector's ability to carry out joint projects will be developed.
