With the YouWork project we want to create a training targeted to young people to help them upgrading their skills in management and general skills needed to coordinate and drive an NGO or similar. We also want to give them skills in crisis response and conflict resolution that can appear in an organisations environment. Through this training we will greaten employability of young people and greaten youth work in NGO’s and in extend foster crisis responses.

After an extended research phase trough study circles with the target group and desk research we will define the framework and curriculum of the to be developed training. A training platform will be developed and materials created. After the materials uploaded a piloting phase will be implemented in each country and result in many trained young people who used the training platform. We will also evaluate and disseminate our results to greaten the projects impact

The project will have great impact among young people and youth organizations. We will provide extensive research reports on youth work with policy guidelines, create a training framework, training content and activities, assessments and exercises. All those will be public on a website which also will hold a learning platform containing the digitalized training. We will train 60 young persons and 20 youth workers during piloting and disseminate all activities to over 1000 stakeholders.
