▶Objectives
The project aims to develop and test a cross-regional, exchange-based learning approach on the topic of 'AI in professional practice'. It seeks to initiate and empower a Community of Practice to develop autonomously. Members will experience and explore new learning opportunities through the international orientation of the CoP. This inherently involves expanding one's own sphere of activity and supplementing their existing learning biography.
▶Activities
The project initiates a thematically structured Community of Practice (CoP) as a learning format. Potential members are approached, an initial survey is conducted, and moderated sessions are held. Additionally, there is a technical platform, short videos, and guidelines. Learning outcomes are assessed through a follow-up survey.
▶Impact
From the project, an active Community of Practice (CoP) on AI is expected to emerge. Participants enhance their learning biography through knowledge exchange and cross-regional as well as international dialogue, leading to innovations. Additionally, insights are gained for the establishment of further CoPs.
