By meeting and working with other students from different countries and cultures: - Become aware of the richness of differences and the necessary adaptations each individual needs to live together - Raise awareness of how to express difficulties - Learn to know oneself and manage emotions - Build solutions to problems with peers - Foster understanding of others, combat prejudices, and promote an intercultural outlook - Create a positive working atmosphere, encourage mutual support, and improve coexistence between students and teachers from different countries - Improve language skills and the use of technology - Reduce bullying, intimidation, and problems related to the school climate Through the mobility programs during which our students have been hosted by families, the young students have experienced the discovery of others in their entirety and their way of life, and have discovered that Europe is a blend of cultures sharing common values. Our experience has allowed them to collaborate, within the framework of a democratic process, in the creation of a common tool which will be used for our future students to improve inclusion in all its forms.
