Objectives

Overall objective of the projet: develop and disseminate the IPNA (Psychosocial Intervention by Nature and Adventure) in Europe to innovatively support young people (12 to 20 years old) who have dropped out of school by strengthening their self-determination.. How? by co-creating an IPNA training course for social workers who care for these young people. Results: social workers trained in IPNA and dropouts reconnected to their life project thanks to this innovative intervention method.

Co-creation of an adapted and relevant training course Implementation of the training course for a group of social workers who care for young people and for nature education professionals Evaluation, capitalization and promotion of results

Impact

1 training course in 3 modules created (with deliverables) 20 beneficiaries trained + 40 beneficiaries made aware 1 developed and competent multi-country team of trainers 2 leading associations in the youth and nature sector increased their skills.
