Objectives

The main objective of this project was to support teachers and schools in the implementation of AI driven technology tools as a way to give an answer to diversity. Discussions of potential risks of AI are still relevant, but teachers need practical guidance of what the opportunities could be to integrate the AI driven tools into classroom practices. The objective of this project was to focus on the AI technologies that could foster aspects of inclusion to reach equity amongst students. AI tools can provide personalised learning tracks, both for students who lack certain skills and prior knowledge, as well as for high achievers or early finishers who often get bored by the absence of learning challenges. In some cases AI could also support accessibility and be helpful for students with special needs. The project wants to go beyond the information about tools. The idea is to produce flexible pedagogical learning activities and scenarios in which AI driven technology is integrated and equally importantly which can immediately be implemented in the classroom.
