▶Objectives
The main success factor of (social) enterprises is the quality of their founding team. In order to improve the odds, Trividend and FASE invest in supporting the learning process of the social enterpreneurs they work with. With this project we want to further professionalise the way we do so and to upscale the learning opportunities to a European level. The final objective is to equip social entrepreneurs better to solve societal challenges.
▶Activities
We are testing a learning path for social entrepreneurs focussing on circular economy and with the ambition to scale their social business. We are organising online and offline peer-learning and expert sessions, matchmaking and a supporting community in order to create a strong learning environment, focussing on cultural diversity, personal development, do's and don'ts and funding. We start with very accessible online learning opportunities, and become more specific during the process.
▶Impact
Concretely, we want to test a broad range of learning activitities to equip our staff and mentors/coaches better to take up their role in guiding social entrepreneurs in their learning journey. The successful formats will be upscaled and integrated in our day-to-day work. In this project we focus at the social entrepreneurs we currently work with, but we are convinced that the learnings will also be valuable to focus in a later stage on underrepresented founders.
