โถActivities
The PodCastle project creates didactic experiences for primary school children linked to a castle as an element of cultural heritage and of social inclusion. The castle acts as a mirror in which children with migrant backgrounds can reflect their own culture by reporting and sharing information about their own meaningful buildings and lifestyle. The project's main objective is to foster inclusion and diversity. It will also develop digital skills, key competences and green education.
โถImpact
The project will facilitate the pupils to produce 14 podcasts about features of castles and cultural heritage, through a peer-to-peer approach and with inclusive practices. The project foresees visits to local libraries and castles to make the pupils discover the local cultural heritage as well as faraway buildings and narrations (migrant cultures), all reflected into the podcasts. Activities will also include designing a Teacher Guide and creating an online educational platform.
