▶Objectives
By implementing the project 'The Future of Work and the Role of Vocational schools' we would like to achieve the objectives corresponding to the project results in three main areas: 1. the educational area including language, digital and professional skills - exchanging best practices 2. the area of social relations and communication - promoting European identity and collaboration 3. the area of an evolving labour market - capture changes and demands in the labour market
▶Activities
Our project is based on combination of physical and virtual activities. Students will use digital technologies to create questionnaires and then powerpoint presentations to share the outcomes of their survey. During virtual meetings (Activity 1 +2) we will focus on the presentation of results and debate. We would like to realize 2 teacher and students mobilities (the first mobility at MOA and the second one at OSZ). Working with local businesses is key part of the project.
▶Impact
We expect creation of questionnaires, presentations and materials that are consistent with the stated objectives - comparing students experience in the labour market, change of workload due to new digital technologies: identifying key skill gaps and emerging skill demands in various industries and sectors, assessing the alignment of vocational education with these skill demands, integration of new technologies into vocational training programs, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
