1. To promote public space as a place of learning for transcultural dance education, where social inclusion is fostered through dance. 2. To reach new target groups that have not been reached by previous dance pedagogical offers, so that they can benefit from the personality-strengthening and group-building potential. 3. To make the outreach concept of Flashdance available to other institutions so that it can be adapted for further target groups and methods in adult education.

The project includes the activities of a kick off meeting, concept development in virtual collaboration and during two "Flashdances in Action" in Hamburg and Barcelona as well as a final meeting.
