The primary objectives of our project were to enhance the well-being and mental health of adults by introducing them to the benefits of animal-assisted therapy (AAT). We aimed to create a comprehensive set of educational resources and training materials to facilitate the integration of AAT into various adult-focused programs and educational environments. We aspired to raise awareness, increase knowledge, and impart practical skills related to AAT, fostering positive changes in individuals' lives.
