With the WE project, we wanted to strengthen the gender competence of the teams and participants. Through mutual visits and virtual exchanges, we wanted to get to know each other and create transnational synergy effects in the field of women's empowerment. We aimed to create a 'European we-women feeling' and initiate a democratic discourse on shared values and participation. The aim was to create a sustainable basis for future joint transnational educational projects in the field of gender equality.
