The objectives have been: 1. to empower refugee women from Ukraine with disabled children by breaking the cycle of dependency - entering into a participatory process with volunteer psychologists to develop a personal vision for life This should achieve the following: - improving flexibility and well-being so that the stress caused by caregiving can be alleviated - Improving social skills: improving communication with other stakeholders in the inclusion process - Utilising opportunities for networking and cooperation - Supporting personal development, entry into lifelong learning. - Teaching LIFECOMP skills 2. Creating support structures for empowerment through capacity building for refugee psychologists

- Development of the outcome: handbook with teaching methods, proposed course programme, how to create a podcast, thematic recommendations; technical implementation (by May 2024) - Mobility activity with participants from IRE to Karlsruhe – test workshop (June 2024) - Test phase and adaptation of the material (September 2024–February 2025) - Mobility activity: Key staff mobility from Germany to Dublin: presentation of the final version of the outcome (February 2025) - Capacity building for psychologists (March 2025) - Dissemination workshops (April-July 2025) - International dissemination activities in Estonia and Poland (June-July 2025) and outside Europe: Ukraine, Armenia
