βΆObjectives
The objective of this project is to comprehensively address the changes caused by climate change, particularly in Northern Europe, which are often little known in this country. They are made aware that their individual scope for action is crucial, as are urgently needed political decisions, to bring about positive change. In designing the exhibits for the exhibition, the students utilize both their professional graphic design skills and creative, artistic approaches. This combination makes it possible to present information in an engaging way while simultaneously addressing the emotional side of both the designers and the viewers, thus delving deeper. Through this integrative approach, we promote a deeper understanding of the topic and inspire students to take action and take responsibility for their environment. The goal is to achieve lasting awareness that goes beyond purely theoretical knowledge and encourages a more conscious lifestyle. The AI ββin Media training course is intended to help teachers professionalize their work and identify and discuss changes in the labor market.
βΆActivities
The application for this project arose from the need to raise awareness of the far-reaching changes in the Black Forest and northern Europe caused by intensifying climate change. Climate change is not just an abstract concept; it has concrete impacts on our environment and our daily lives. It is important to recognize one's own role in the context of this global challenge and understand the need for civic engagement. We pursue a holistic approach that connects head, hand, and heart. On a professional level, we aim to shape the topic through creative graphic design, while also facilitating artistic exploration. Through personal stories and artistic elements, we hope to encourage people to engage emotionally with the topic and reflect on their own experiences and thoughts. The collaboration with Norwegian partners opens up new perspectives, both professionally and personally, and goes beyond the purely informative framework. At the same time, we intensify and consolidate the diverse and fruitful collaboration between the two schools.
