Objectives

• To recognize the strengths and weaknesses of different types of organisations that provide activities for young people and to form synergies and transfer of knowledge between them. • To develop new learning tools to be used in the settings of nonformal learning. • To promote the importance and value of nonformal learning and youth work outside the sector.

Activities

Two shorter staff meetings for management and monitoring, and an evaluation meeting. Research, communication, and study visits with associated partners to get to know each other better. Developing podcasts that are based upon the research. Developing educational cards to address NFL learning methods with supporting video tutorials. Online training course where podcasts and cards will be used. Local events with associated partners, young people, and local stakeholders.

Impact

1. Internal research document. 2. At least 15 podcasts on specific topics recorded. 3. At least for5 educational cards to complement podcasts with methodology and principles designed, printed and online version. 4. Video tutorials. 5. An online training course published on www.salto-youth.net. 6. A website for the project. 7. Five local events with local stakeholders to disseminate the project and to increase visibility and improve recognition of youth work.
