- Quality projects to be easily multiplicated and adapted to local reality in many communities - Best-case practices in terms of pedagogical or administrative ways to be easily shared, with easy access and less energy, resources and time and to adapt them to each local reality - Will allow for the NGOs to increase their capacity and to more efficiently use the capacity that they have - The network of multipliers will allow direct and coherent dissemination of the project results

โ–ถActivities

- An in-depth research and collect data from around 100 experienced NGOs who run ESC programs - Create 3 most common project designs, for NGOs to optimise and improve their projects and newcomers in ESC to get involved - Project management app for Web, Android and IOS operating systems, that will easen the logistical, administrative and process burden on the NGOs - Dissemination and multiplication activities, increase in usage and the amount and quality of ESC opportunities for young people

- Increased capacity of our partnership and all other ESC organizations - Innovative project management software and data-driven practices - Recognition of youth work since such innovative practices and technologies are needed and will lead to better job satisfaction of the youth workers and NGOs - Higher quality of youth volunteering opportunities based on data, point of reference for quality of implemented projects, decreased time and energy per project due to optimized administrative burden
