Food Education Development Upgrade

FED-UP project aims to integrate the Sapere method, a sensory approach to nutrition education, into the Estonian education system, with a special focus on the Valga VET school. The project promotes healthy and sustainable nutrition among children, strengthening the capacity of the partners to address this objective in a systematic way. The general aim is to create a sustainable system where sensory nutrition education not only benefits students directly, but also has a wider societal impact.
